Clubhouses & Pool Information

*Please note that the pool will officially close for the season on September 2, 2024, at 6:00 PM.*

WHMD has two clubhouses:

Vernazza Clubhouse
(dry sauna, outdoor hot tub, and work out facility)

Clubhouse and Pool
(swimming pool and multi-purpose room)
6795 Crystal Downs Drive
Windsor, CO 80550

• Please fill out the attached form to rent the room at the clubhouse, attach payment and send to the District
• Agreements will not be approved until checks are received and agreement is signed off
• Only the multi-purpose room at the 6795 Crystal Downs Drive clubhouse is available for rental
• There are no rentals available for the Vernazza Clubhouse
